ONLINE ORDERS

For your ordering convenience we have provided an easy to use shopping cart. Items you select will be added to the cart and your order completed upon checkout. Orders are sent over a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts all information for your security. Our sales department for availability reviews orders. Should your selection be temporarily out of stock, and e-mail will be sent notifying you of the expected shipping date. Unless you cancel the order or item, shipment will be made upon arrival of the merchandise to our warehouse. Orders received prior to 2:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day, orders after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. Missouri residents will have 7.60% sales tax added to the order at checkout. At the present time we do not accept International Orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

All website orders are processed through PayPal. You must have a confirmed PayPal account prior to our shipping an order. This does not apply to orders being picked up in store. For in store orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, & Cash.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A merchandise return authorization must be obtained prior to any return. Items that are defective will be exchanged. Return merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging with instructions and blank warranty card. Any deviation WILL BE subject to a 15% restocking fee. PRIVACY

We respect the privacy of every individual. We do not convey or sell information to any third party. We do not store any credit card information. Orders processed through PayPal are subject to PayPal published privacy notice.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Lawrence Photo & Video reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lawrence Photo & Video will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Lawrence Photo & Video’s Return Policy.
